1. Prices.   All prices on this site are + VAT  20% (VAT No: 891 9084 81)
 
2. How do I Order? We have made the ordering process as straight forward as possible. Simply browse Ashleysonline Ltd, choose your products and add them to your cart. Once you are satisfied with your choice click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details to complete your order. Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation via email. We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, which are handled by our secure card processing facility with Sage Pay, one of the leading companies in this field. Sage Pay recognizes that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So we use state- of- the- art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. 3. Payment.   All goods must be paid for in full by the purchaser to the seller at the time of ordering, by cash, cheque or by credit card online transaction. Account holders have the facility of a credit account, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

4. Delivery. UK mainland.Orders must be ordered before 3pm for same day dispatch.
 United Kingdom: UK Mainland Standard Delivery.Royal Mail first class delivery, 1-2 working days (up to 1kg). Goods over 1kg will be sent by courier. A signature is required. Products will not be dispatched on a weekend.

United Kingdom: UK Mainland Express delivery. Orders placed before 2pm.
Orders will be sent over night if orders are places before 2pm. Orders will be send by a City Link or by Royal mail special delivery. Products are dispatched Monday / Friday. City Link do not deliver on a weekend.

Overseas
We can despatch small products to most worldwide destinations by Royal Mail or by Courier. Please contact us by e-mail for a shipping price.

If you are not home when your goods are delivered, a card will normally be left with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

5. Product, Refunds & Cancellation
If you need to change your order please contact on 01704 532 289 and one of our advisors will assist you.  Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel within 7 days.  The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Products should be returned in a re- saleable condition.  Return and collection arrangements must be made promptly and at your cost.  A collection service is available at your cost.  
You must return unwanted products within 14 days of receipt.  A refund or exchange will be provided. This does not affect your statutory rights. Proof of purchase should be retained in order to claim a refund or exchange.  Please be aware that you are responsible for the safe return of items.  Postage and packing costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card used to place your order.

To obtain a full refund for the cost of your purchase or an exchange please:
   i.  enclose proof of purchase with your returned goods;
   ii.  return the product in a saleable condition to our address (see 'Contact Us Page' for details.) and;
   iii. ensure that the items are in a resalable condition,

6. Warranty All products come with a one-year warranty.

7. General. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate. We shall not be liable to you where the performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Ashleysonline Limited.

8. Liability Ashleysonline Limited does not accept liability for any costs, loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising: (a) If the product is not used for its normal intended purpose (b) If the product is not fitted or installed by an expert fully qualified and competent to do the job and if the product has to be returned to us because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, our liability is limited to the refund we may make as outlined above.

9. Fitting Ashleys products.  If you judge yourself to be less than competent to do undertake the task get an expert to fit your new product.

10. Cancellation. Ashleysonline Ltd  reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of any of the following circumstances
     i.   Fraudulent and attempted fraudulent transactions
     ii.  Unforeseen errors due to computer systems malfunction
     iii. Network communications failure

In the unlikely event of such circumstances, you will be provided with a complete explanation by telephone and/or email together with a full and immediate refund. You will also be given the opportunity to resubmit your order as a new and separate transaction.

11. Use of the website The content of this Website and material herein are subject to copyright. The material contained on this Website may not be modified, deleted, reproduced or used or otherwise made available for any other purpose without Ashleysonline
Ltd Limited prior permission.

12. These terms and conditions and any contract between the purchaser and the supplier shall be governed and construed under English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us.
