2. How do I Order?
We have made the ordering process as straight forward as possible. Simply browse Ashleysonline, choose your products and add them to your basket. Once you are satisfied with your choice click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details to complete your order.
Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation via email. We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, which are handled by our secure card processing facility with WorldPay, one of the leading companies in this field. WorldPay recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction and uses state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud.

3. Delivery
3.1 UK Mainland
Delivery is FREE within the UK mainland. The majority of products are same day dispatch by 1st class Royal Mail, larger heavier products are also dispatched FREE by a courier. If the goods are in stock and ordered before the time stated under each product on a weekday they will be dispatched that day. In exceptional circumstances delivery may take longer. If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the carrier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.
3.2 Outside UK Mainland
Orders under £30.00 will be sent free same day dispatch by 2nd class Royal Mail, to the Channel Isles, Isle of man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Outer Scotland. Orders over £30.00 to the above destinations will be sent by a courier and a £35.00 charge will de added for this.

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays.
We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by a third party.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
We expect that you will be delighted with your product. However, if you have cause to be dissatisfied with the order you have received or if it is incorrect due to our error or faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or refund you and meet the cost of the return, provided you return it to us within 30 days of delivery, and contact us as indicated below.
Spares and accessories may be returned for refund within 30 days but the goods must be in new condition complete with packaging supplied. A re-stocking fee of 35% will be charged to cover shipping costs on items ordered correctly supplied but is no longer required.
Returned products must be sent to the address on the contact page, Please note, if you wish to return your product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@ashleysonline.co.uk or Tel: 0845 8386 129. If the answer machine comes on please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Price refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order. Where appropriate, we refund the postage charge to you by sending you a cheque.
How to return items:
- Contact us first at sales@ashleysonline.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice with the returns.
- Return the product to the address given within 30 days.
- Unless you are returning the product because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, it must be returned in perfect resaleable condition.
5. Warranty
All spares and accessories products come with a one-year warranty.
6. General
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Ashleysonline Limited.
7. Liability
Ashleysonline Limited does not accept liability to you for any costs, loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising:
- If the product is not used for its normal intended purpose
- If the product is not fitted or installed by an expert fully qualified and competent to do the job and if the product has to be returned to us because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, our liability is limited to the refund we may make as outlined above.
8. Fitting Garage Door Spares
Always get an expert to fit your garage door spare parts.
Never undertake the fitting of any product supplied by us unless you are fully qualified and competent to do it yourself.

The content of this Website and material herein are subject to copyright. The material contained on this Website may not be modified, deleted, reproduced or used or otherwise made available for any other purpose without Ashleysonline Ltd prior permission.
10. Law
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed and construed under English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us.
11. VAT
